I research and build state-of-the-art AI Agents.
My background blends Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Business.
I am a technology enthusiast from Togo, West Africa.
I am working on my Computer Science Ph.D. at the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech),
where research deep neural networks and their representations for various predictive tasks.
In my spare time, I hack on epic AI projects!
Here is how I normally operate:
Before every project, I systematically define the objectives of the project. Well-defined project objectives allow for testable, verifiable, and valuable results.
Next, I dive into the design, brainstorming architectures, structures, components of the project. Through quick analysis, I try eliminate as many potential issues as possible before building.
With a satisfactory tentative design, I start building, one module or component at the time. That usually mean I workout the math, formulate algorithms, architect models, and write code. I iterate several times on the build, going back and forth between developing and testing, until I obtain a minimum viable product (MVP).
I deploy the MVP the quickest way I can for the world to see and critique. Based on user feedback, I iterate on the MVP until the product provides the intended value. Then the project enters its enhancement and maintenance phase.
I enjoy solving problems and building intelligent agents to empower people. Through my work, I hope to make a positive impact in people's lives by creating technologies that are accessible and useful. I am constantly learning and exploring new ideas. Enumerated, I do:
I build deep learning models to solve generative and cognitive tasks in computer vision, natural language, audio, and control.
I build intelligence in robotic systems for navigation, sensing, mapping, actuation, and control across many types of embodiments such as mobile robots, drones, and autonomous vehicles.
I formulate algorithms to solve real-world problems with real-world constraints. I consider performance, efficiency, and scalability in my algorithms.
